Over the years and throughout my career, I have also wanted to be a business owner. I have in the past served in several capacities but in businesses owned by other people. I have gained substantial knowledge and based on the experience, I can say that some managers have not treated employees in the right way. I have a strong belief that this course will prepare me and instill in me knowledge on how well to treat everyone in the workplace. I am curious to learn things that I do not know.
